7. Pakistan was asked to provide consular access and expedite the release and repatriation of these fishermen along with their boats.

पाकिस्तान से कहा गया कि वह उन मछुआरों को कोंसुली सुविधा उपलब्ध कराए तथा इन मछुआरों को यथाशीघ्र रिहा करके उनकी नौकाओं के साथ उन्हें देश वापस भेजने की व्यवस्था करें।

8. Government continues to take up with Pakistan authorities, the matter of early consular access, release and repatriation of the remaining fishermen along with their boats.

सरकार शेष भारतीय मछुआरों को कोंसुली सुविधा सुलभ कराने, उनकी रिहाई तथा नौकाओं के साथ उनकी देश वापसी के मुद्दे को पाकिस्तानी प्राधिकारियों के साथ निरंतर उठा रही है।

9. Upon receiving the information about the apprehension, Government through diplomatic channels, raised the issue of consular access and their early release and repatriation with Pakistan Government.

इस गिरफ्तारी की सूचना मिलने पर, सरकार के राजनयिक चैनलों के माध्य4म से उन मछुआरों को कोंसुली सहायता प्रदान करने और उनकी शीघ्र रिहाई एवं देश वापसी के मुद्दे को पाकिस्ताहन की सरकार के सामने उठाया।

सरकार गिरफ्तार भारतीय मछुआरों की जल्द रिहाई और प्रत्यावर्तन तथा साथ ही उन्हें निरंतर कौंसुली सहायता प्रदान करने के मामले को नियमित रूप से पाकिस्तानी प्राधिकारियों के साथ उठाती है।

13. Pakistan authorities have provided Consular Access to all 437 fishermen; nationality status has been confirmed for 378 fishermen for whom official requests for early release and repatriation have been made.

पाकिस्तानी प्राधिकारियों ने सभी 437 मछुआरों को कांसुली सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराई हैं; 378 मछुआरों की राष्ट्रीयता की स्थिति की पुष्टि की गई है, और उनकी शीघ्र रिहाई तथा स्वदेश वापसी के लिए आधिकारिक अनुरोध किए गए हैं।

14. All expenses incurred on the posting of such forces are borne by the United Nations, including transportation for induction and repatriation, overseas allowance, cost of contingent-owned equipment, personal clothing, medical, food and lodging.

इन सुरक्षा बलों की तैनाती पर हुए सभी व्यय को संयुक्त राष्ट्र द्वारा वहन किया जाता है, जिसमें आगम एवं प्रत्यावर्तन के लिए परिवहन, विदेश (ओवरसीज) भत्ता, टुकड़ी के उपकरण की लागत, व्यक्तिगत वस्त्र, चिकित्सा, भोजन एवं रहने के खर्चें शामिल हैं।

15. Further investment made by NRIs on non-repatriation basis under Schedule 4 of Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA) Regulation is deemed to be domestic investment at par with the investment made by residents.

इसके अतिरिक्त, विदेशी विनिमय प्रबंधन अधिनियम, 1999 (एफईएमए) विनियमन की अनुसूची 4 के अंतर्गत गैर-संप्रत्यावर्तन आधार पर अनिवासी भारतीयों द्वारा किए गए निवेश को निवासी भारतीयों द्वारा किए गए निवेश के समतुल्य घरेलू निवेश माना जाता है।

16. As soon as information of apprehension of Indian fishermen is received, the matter is immediately taken up through diplomatic channels with concerned Government and consular access and early release and repatriation of all apprehended Indian fishermen is sought.

जैसे ही भारतीय मछुआरों के पकड़े जाने की सूचना प्राप्त होती है, मामले को राजनयिक माध्यमों से संबंधित सरकार के साथ तुरंत उठाया जाता है और सभी पकड़े गए भारतीय मछुआरों के लिए कौंसुली पहुंच और उनकी शीघ्र रिहाई और वापसी की मांग की जाती है।

17. In this context, we await confirmation of nationality of those from Pakistan who are otherwise eligible for release and repatriation and consular access to those Indian nationals in Pakistan’s custody for whom it has so far not been provided.

इस संदर्भ में हम पाकिस्तान से उन लोगों की राष्ट्रीयता की पुष्टि का इंतजार कर रहे हैं, जो अन्यथा पाकिस्तान की हिरासत से छोड़े जाने और स्वदेश वापसी और उन भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए जो कोंसली सहायता के पात्र हैं, जिनके लिए यह अभी तक उपलब्ध नहीं कराया गया है।

18. In this context we await confirmation of nationality of those from Pakistan, who are otherwise eligible for release and repatriation, and consular access to those Indian nationals in Pakistan’s custody, for whom it has so far not been provided.

इस संदर्भ में हम पाकिस्तान से उन लोगों की राष्ट्रीयता की पुष्टि का इंतजार कर रहे हैं, जो रिहाई और प्रत्यावर्तन के पात्र हैं, पाकिस्तान की हिरासत में उन तक दूतावास की पहुँच अब तक नहीं प्रदान किया गया है।

19. We’re impressed by the work of the Refugee Relief and Repatriation Commission, by the Deputy Commissioner and by their unending efforts to work with 150 UN agencies and NGOs from around the world to make sure that relief reaches the people who are most in need of that relief.

हम शरणार्थी राहत और प्रत्यावर्तन आयोग, डिप्टी कमिशनर द्वारा किए गए कार्य और यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए 150 UN एजेंसियों और पूरे विश्व के NGOs के साथ काम करने के लिए उनके अनथक प्रयासों से प्रभावित हुए हैं कि राहत उन लोगों तक पहुँचे जिन्हें उस राहत की सबसे अधिक आवश्यकता है।

20. The Indian Mission in Singapore has rendered full assistance to Indian nationals by expediting early repatriation of mortal remains of the deceased Indian national, providing consular access, facilitating legal counsel to other Indian Nationals charged by Singapore Authorities and stepping up its outreach programme to the Indian Community to assure them about their welfare and well being.

सिंगापुर स्थित भारतीय दूतावास ने भारतीय नागरिकों को पूर्ण सहायता उपलब्ध कराई है जिनमें मारे गए भारतीय नागरिकों के मृत शरीर को शीघ्र स्वदेश भेजना, कोंसुली सेवा उपलब्ध कराना, सिंगापुर प्राधिकारियों द्वारा आरोपित अन्य भारतीय नागरिकों को कानूनी परामर्श उपलब्ध कराना तथा भारतीय समुदाय के कल्याण तथा भलाई सुनिश्चित करने के लिए अपने आउटरीच कार्यक्रम में तेजी लाना शामिल है।
